How long will an appointment take?
Appointment times do depend on the size of the job, but roughly:
Carpet Cleaning:
1 – 2 Rooms = 1 – 1.5 Hour
3 – 4 Rooms = 1.5 – 2 Hours
5 – 6 Rooms = 2 – 3 Hours
Upholstery Cleaning:
6 seater = 1.5 – 2 Hours
Do you use water?
Standard home, we will use around ½ bucket of water on carpet cleaning.
Upholstery cleaning we do use water, but on average we use 60% less water than regular upholstery cleaners.
How long will items take to dry?

Do I have to move furniture?
Will the team move all my furniture?
What should I do in preparation for the clean?
Will the heating/wooden floors under my carpets get wet or damaged during cleaning?
I have wooden/laminate floors, can the team clean the Upholstery outside?
Yes with pleasure, we can move upholstery outside to clean on drop-sheets, which are in every CLiCK Cleaning Van.
Are your teams supervised?
Will dry-clean process results still be the same?
Why do you need to take my Persians/Oriental/Silk/Dhurrie/Wool/Shaggy Rugs offsite to clean?
Hand-made Rugs require time, a careful & specialised cleaning process which may need to be repeated when the rug sets, Rugs are hung on customised drying racks to set, tassles cleaned/brightened, fibres brushed & rug sealed. The overall cleaning result is higher when Rugs are cleaned offsite as opposed to onsite.
I still wish for my persians to be cleaned at home, is this possible?
Yes this is possible, however the clean will not be as effective as an off-site cleaning, but we will always return to complete a “touch-up” to areas you may be unhappy with.
Can you completely remove Pet Urine?

Cash or Debit/Credit Card (VISA & MasterCard) payments on the day.
Do you accept EFTs?
Yes, however a printed Proof of Payment needs to be handed to your CLiCK Cleaning Supervisor before the team leaves your premises.
